Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.Maintain external façades and high-traffic areas to ensure the hotels always look their best.Conduct general maintenance and repairsAssisting in basic plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning services.Paint, repair, and maintain internal and external surfaces, furniture, and equipment to a high standard.Prepare, mix, and apply paints, stains, and finishes using appropriate tools and techniques.Repair and install wall coverings, caulking, grouting, varnish, and lacquer finishes.Work collaboratively with a supportive, knowledgeable engineering team.
