Lead from the front in managing and inspiring a growing team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers and driving them to achieve sales targetsThe focus of the role will be to continue the development of our recent graduate brokers in line with our skills development pathwayConsistently drive results and performance through the provision of hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring, and championing the ongoing development of your teamPlay a key part in shaping the team planning and operational rhythms.Be actively involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new brokers within your territoryPromote and monitor the utilisation of the Aussie Platform within the team to improve customer experience and results.Internal Stakeholder engagement primarily with our Associate and Customer Solutions team as well as our salesforce, customer experience and UX teamsExternal Stakeholder relationships with our lender partners
