Duties Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage sensitive matters such as signing, writing, editing documents, briefings, reports, and correspondences as needed. Manage and track travel expenses. This involves reconciling invoices, receipts, and credit card statements, and ensuring travel compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints. Additionally, assisting to resolve any travel-related issues that may arise. Complete purchase requisitions and receive purchases. Coordinate department organizational chart updates. Enter Information Technology system service tickets when needed. Submit a Project Sunlight Compliance Report monthly. Schedule conference calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings. Reserve conference room for various meetings and events. Coordinate availability of rooms with executive staff. Notify building occupancy staff and security of visitors. Support Finance & Actuary staff. This includes but is not limited to setting up interviews, assisting with employee exit, new hire on-boarding, separation notice checklist, Employment Application part -1, RFA, RTF, evaluation forms, monitoring time and attendance, LATS support, and order and distribute supplies and calendars. Additional Comments For new State employees appointed to graded positions, the annual salary is the hiring rate (beginning of the Salary Range) of the position.
