Sr Project EngineerDate: Aug 1, 2024Location:Albany, GA, USRequisition ID: 31977The Headlines:In the role of Sr. Project Engineer working in Albany, GA, you will be part of the Technical Services Department within Brewery Operations . You will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating assigned capital and expense projects of a multi-disciplined nature from conception to completion including implementation of operations and maintenance strategies.This position reports to the Manager of Engineering Services and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.The Responsibilities:

Oversees and manages capital project implementation

Participates in Design Out Maintenance (DOM) initiatives

Optimizes, supports and participates in the development and implementation of operating and process reliability

The Other Qualifications:

Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment

Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you

You will have a 4-year Engineering/Maintenance degree and we prefer an advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering along with a certification for a licensed professional engineer & project management.

At least five (5) years of experience in an engineering/maintenance & project management role in a manufacturing environment.

Advanced multi-disciplinary knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering methods. Projects managed from inception to completion with little direction or guidance.
