COOK FULL TIME - PREP

Position Requirements:
Prepares general food items for the daily menu in accordance with standardized recipes and production sheets
Strong knife skills
Basic knowledge in trimming and portioning meats, baking, and chopping of vegetables
Monitor and ensure all food required for the Weekly Rotating Menu is properly stored in accordance with HACCAP guidelines
Ensure station and kitchen is clean and sanitary as per food safety and sanitation standards and policies
Ability to adapt to changes in the environment or working conditions
Assists line cooks as needed throughout the shift and during meal service
Strong time management skills with attention to details. Hours: 11:00am - 7:30pm, some flexibility with alternating weekends and holidays off. Exceptional working environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $19.29 - $19.87 per hour
