Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Subcontractor with proven experience in residential and commercial framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry tasks. The ideal professional takes pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and delivering excellent results on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Accurately interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Perform structural framing, door/window trim, cabinetry, and finish work
Build, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work independently or coordinate with other trades when required
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Communicate professionally with project leads and clients
Experience / Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of carpentry experience (residential & commercial)
Own basic carpentry tools and reliable transportation
Strong measurement skills and attention to detail
Ability to read plans/blueprints accurately
Ability to lift materials and equipment (75+ lbs), work safely at height, and in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license
Excellent work ethic and reliability
