KUS Services LLC is a property preservation company that works with all the Nationals. We urgently seek experienced Property Preservation Vendors, and General Contractors all over New York, especially in Albany County, and surrounding areas.

- Lock Change
- General Property Preservation Tasks
- Drywall
- Winterization
- Roof & Gutters
- Fence Repair
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Minor Plumbing and Repair
Requirements:
- Familiar with the PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App
- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
Payment:
-We pay on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients
Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
