Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Clifton Park, NY
Reports to: VP of Operations

Summary
Organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing client materials. Ensures accurate counts, documentation, and compliance with inventory procedures to support smooth warehouse and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in ERP systems.
Maintain accurate inventory records and document adjustments.
Follow FIFO procedures and record exceptions.
Coordinate with Logistics and Sales to prepare and verify pick sheets and shipments.
Record inbound and outbound materials, including sample parcels.
Update client inventory and production schedules as needed.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying temperature environments.
Strong communication skills for client and internal coordination.
