Program Director Position Available in a 9 bed residential facility serving adult males presenting with mental health diagnoses and homelessness.
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
Oversee two staff (an administrative assistant and an evening program assistant).
Oversee all areas of operation of a residential program serving 9 male individuals with mental health diagnoses and whom are homeless upon entry to the program.
Responsible for all program wide documentation including progress notes, service plans, correspondence with community providers and agencies. (Strong computer and written communication skills are imperative).
Ensuring that the program remains in compliance with OMH guidelines.
Attend meetings with community stakeholders.
Offer guidance and support to the 9 individuals living in the program.
Supervise medications.
Any other duty in support of the Executive Director and the agency.
