Job Opening: Commercial/Residential Painter
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Employment Type: Full-time, W2 employee
Compensation: $25-$30+/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable commercial/residential Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both interior and exterior painting projects, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming
Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and exteriors
Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter (commercial and/or residential)
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
