SKILLS NEEDED TO SUCCEED-
Must follow proper kitchen safety and sanitary procedures
Must maintain a clean work station throughout the entire shift
Must be fast paced and quick thinking
Time management
Must be able to track, communicate, and coordinate ticket times between hot and cold side, along with the rest of the kitchen
Must be able to efficiently communicate with entire line and rest of kitchen staff/wait staff
Coordinate between dine in, take out, and delivery tickets
Responsible for nightly closing checklists, including cleaning work stations and restocking
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work nights and weekends
