Private duty aide needed

Weekend opening , this is a split shift on a Saturday and Sunday every weekend. Once the right person gets used to how this case is done it’s actually very low on the difficulty level. However I will say that the client is a gentleman he is 95 years old , one assist but incontinent and you must be prepared to handle bowel movements. You would be getting him up ( 1 hour) go home come back in the afternoon to change ( 15 minutes) and then bedtime which takes about 25 minutes. So I would say maybe 3 hours total both days split up. I am offering 150for the job flat fee. Please do not waste my time if you lack experience in this field , or have poor work ethic. I am looking for someone who I can rely and depend on may be willing to pay 200to the right person.
