La S ante Health Center is seeking a Medical Scribe to assist physicians during patient encounters. The ideal candidate will have prior medical scribe experience, along with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities :
Entering medical information into patient records
Documenting medical information and physician-patient encounters
Assisting with electronic prescription process
Ensuring timely delivery of medical test results to patients
Triage patients and record vital signs, reporting observations to doctor.
Prepare patients for physician exams, assisting practitioners as needed.
Manage inventory and ensure stock availability.
Answer phones, take messages
Maintain room setups and cleanliness
Perform additional tasks directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
Administrative writing skills
Proficient in fast and accurate typing
Excellent bedside manner
Medical Scribe Experience
