Lobby Attendant

Immediate opening for a part-time lobby attendant at a 24-7 secure Co-Op apartment building. Great atmosphere. Overnights Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00pm - 7:00am with possibility of additional hours covering other shifts. Professional atmosphere. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. Duties include but not limited to: monitor building and grounds, answering phones and doors, delivering mail and packages, assisting owners, trash collection, some light cleaning/vacuuming. Some snow shoveling during the winter season is also required. Ideal opportunity for a semi-retired individual.
