Express Employment Professionals is looking for Property Maintenance workers for a company located in Amherst, NY.
Pay Rate: $17/hr. + BOE
Shift: 1st shift,
- 8am-5pm Sun - Thur OR 8am-5pm Tues-Sat
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards/
Assist with landscaping duties.
Assist with the turnover process of vacant units, including cleaning, painting and minor repairs.
Assist with garbage removal and moving furniture and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/carpentry/general maintenance techniques.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Able to lift heavy objects (up to 75lbs).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Be ok with working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Able to stand/walk/reach/kneel/climb/lift heavy furniture throughout shift.
Willing to drive to each job site.
