Beauty Room Rental for lash techs, massage therapists, estheticians

I am an owner of an esthetics business and I offer beauty room rentals out of my place of work. I currently have one room available. You will be your own business operating inside a suite that is currently home to 3 other beauty professionals. Acceptable businesses that would work in the space include: lashes/brows, PMU (we are state health board approved for tattoo), massage, holistic wellness, facial services, nails (manicures only we cannot put in pedi chairs unless you use a drain-less option). Really anything that falls into the realm of beauty and wellness offerings. The space is a brand new build that I occupied a year ago. It is located inside a professional office park off set from busy Main Street with plenty of parking. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent, which is due monthly. There is dimmable reset lighting and high traffic carpet in the room. You can totally customize the room to fit any need, you could even put your own interlocking laminate flooring in if needed.
