Starting pay as high as $30 p/hour depending on knowledge/experience.

We are an established exterior service company looking for a roofing/siding/exterior residential technician.
Most of the work is resolving roof/window/wall leaks/gutter issues, skylight replacement, storm damage repairs etc. So lots of ladder work every day. Lots of roof leaks. Flashing work, plywood pops, pipe leaks, PVC trim etc. Occasional small roof, siding/soffit jobs too.
We service and maintain several condominium, town house, apartment complex's and private homes thru out the suburbs of Buffalo.
You will be working with an existing experienced serviceman.
The qualifications include:
Valid driver's license and transportation to work or a reliable ride to work.
Must have own hand tools. (tool belt, hammer, tape measure etc etc)
Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) in service/maintenance/leak repairs to residential roofing, siding, soffit, gutters, windows etc etc. Also interior routine apartment maintenance.
Willing to work 20-40 hours a week
