From managing timekeeping inquiries to administering bi-weekly payrolls and handling deductions, your meticulous attention to detail ensures every team member is paid correctly. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining precise records for payroll allocations, ensuring financial transparency across the organization. Addresses timekeeping and payroll related inquiries and issues from team members promptly and professionally while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation to support necessary corrections or adjustments.

Ensures accurate accounting and reporting of all payroll related data. Maintains payroll integrity through the use of data analysis and reporting. Creates and maintains spreadsheets and reconciliation reports to review payroll data for errors.

Audits time transactions to determine appropriateness and accuracy of time reporting and reporting codes for days and hours worked ensuring compliance with agency human resources policies .

Requirements

Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration

Over (3) years of experience in accounting work, including electronic payroll preparation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Intermediate Excel skills, experience with data analytics and web-based software and computer systems.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
