As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide quotes, answer inquiries, prioritize requests, and resolve customer needs with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the appropriate tools and methods.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Create quotes and track them.

File paperwork while maintaining accurate records of transactions and other documents.

Organize shipments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails regarding order status, tracking updates, and any other questions customers may have.

Update and maintain pricing information for customers as required.

Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Adaptability to respond effectively to different situations and challenges.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality.

High school diploma or equivalent.
