Cleaner needed for weekly ONE hour light cleaning job at a Catskill small office. $60/wk W2 ($50 after taxes). Flexible Schedule: Choose to clean on any week day you prefer Monday - Friday. Any hours between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. You should be able to do physical bending/maneuvering as needed to accomplish cleaning tasks. Ability to use a smartphone for check-in verification is a plus. Tasks:
Clean and sanitize three small half bathrooms, small breakroom, workspace area, and two interior offices
Dust ceilings, baseboards, vents, door frames, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
Spot clean doors and frames and light switches
Vacuum and mop
Clean interior windows
Empty vacuum/rinse filters
MUST BE:
1. Motivated, detail-oriented
2. Personable, energetic and have a positive attitude
3. Able to completely pass background check
4. RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY
Cleaning experience preferred, or a willingness to learn
