Description:Seeking an entry level Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager
Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in the field of spreadsheet manipulation and Project Manager integration
Excellence in drafting and writing bid proposals, construction contracts, owner correspondence, and executive summaries
Complete knowledge of divisions 1-16 of general construction knowledge (see additional skills I listed them there)
Experience in the bid process
Complete understanding of project finances (including AR/AP)
Complete understanding of ownership cost reports
