Handyman for Rental Portfolio

Looking for a handyman that can handle general repairs for a growing portfolio of rental properties throughout Ontario County. General responsibilities will include handling maintenance requests from tenants as they arise along with updating units as they turnover (e.g. patching/painting, updating/changing light fixtures, bathroom updates: vanities/toilets/tubs, Flooring updates: replacing carpet w/ vinyl flooring, kitchen updates: new cabinets, backsplash, faucets, sinks, etc.). Flexible Hours: 20-60/week depending on schedule. Start at $20/hour cash paid daily but offers a ton of upside and advancement for the right candidate.
