We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Crew Manager to oversee the seamless coordination of our deliveries and installations. This role serves as the critical link between field workers and management, ensuring efficient communication, smooth job execution, and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of scheduling, routing, and workforce management to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation Management:
Oversee assigned installs, ensuring job completion within the scheduled timeframe.
If an install is incomplete, reschedule promptly for completion.
Review the scope of weekly installs and allocate manpower accordingly.
Identify necessary equipment and materials for job execution.
Coordinate delivery and garbage removal for non-GC projects.
Source and manage outsourced installers as needed.
Collaborate with project managers and crews on job scope and execution.
