Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook (restaurant experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed
