Home health aide/family support person needed

We are looking for a special person to join our unique family. This could be a live-in or live-out opportunity, or a mixture of both. We live on a small, beautiful, horse farm in Dutchess County, NY, most of the year, and spend 3 months every winter in Florida. It would be great to have someone who could travel with us. We are looking for someone to primarily assist my 80 year old mother, who recently broke her leg and is non-ambulatory. She needs help with personal care, exercises, meals, light tasks, etc…Her needs are pretty minimal throughout the day, but someone needs to be around, especially if I’m not. This position could also include, more support for the family, such as cooking, cleaning, help with children, etc…Or, it could be a great possible situation for someone doing online school or job, and just help as needed. Weekly salary would reflect the arrangement made. Personality meshing is important. We must have a non-smoker, fully vaccinated, and be cat and dog friendly.
