Private treatment room in 12 by 14 and includes a treatment table and cabinet storage. Room is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2 to 8 and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Rent is 1,500 per month.
Individual is required to carry their own malpractice and work premise liability coverage.
