RENU PAINTING is seeking energetic people to represent our services to potential customers. The position mainly involves going door-to-door in surrounding communities introducing all that Renu has to offer!
You will be taught pitch presentations with the goal of scheduling free estimates on interior and exterior painting projects. You will also be trained to answer simple questions and objections that may be brought up by the homeowner.
You will have daily and weekly quotas to meet, which will lead to rewarding incentive pay for setting up appointments where the service will be sold by Renu sales representatives.
Prior canvassing/marketing experience is preferred but not always necessary, with the ability and confidence to present our company in a face-to-face setting.
