We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of professional design experience and a portfolio exhibiting strong design. Candidates must be versatile in many different types of communication design. Candidates must continually raise the bar on creative assignments, be able to confidently present their work, and be open and able to act on constructive feedback. The candidate must embrace the entire process of design, from initial concept through impeccable execution.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling designs, meeting client brand guidelines
Deliver high-quality work on time, independently developing new creative concepts
Self-actualized with strong problem-solving, conceptual, and project management skills
Manage a high-volume workload with attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Versatility in print and digital design
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong typography skills and color theory knowledge
Must be articulate and able to work directly with clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of professional design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on Mac platform
Experience with Premier is a plus
Experience with Photography including Image manipulation, and retouch is a plus
