Hello,
Our growing mental health practice needs some assistance with office and admin tasks. This is an entry level position. Training on systems will be provided. A great resume builder.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- answer incoming calls
- schedule meetings and clients
- troubleshoot portals for clients
- interface with referral sources and other providers
- take notes during meetings
- manage billing
- attend to inquiries via email and website, as well as social media
- assist with payroll
Applicant MUST:
- be detail oriented
- be resourceful
- have a professional demeanor and have a pleasant customer facing attitude
- be honest, responsible, dependable
- be able to take quick notes
- be responsive to clients and staff
- have a quiet and confidential space to work
A plus but not necessary:
- sales experience
- a passion for mental health
Usage of systems such as Word, Excel, Calendar scheduling, Zoom, Doodle, Canva, etc. a plus.
This is a virtual position. The physical office is located in the Hudson Valley; so knowledge of the area is a plus, but definitely not needed.
This position pays $17 - $20 p/hr. as a 1099 contractor.
Training is paid.
Hours needed per week will begin with 5 and can increase with performance and fit.
MUST be able to commit at least one hour per workday (9-5).
