Customer service.

Meeting notes.

Files and records.

Organization.

Maintaining bank account ledger daily.

Corresponding with contractors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders and entities.

Operating the office while owner is away.

Light management support for field staff.

Various other tasks for assisting owner in different areas not mentioned but part of the day to day.

Building permits and documents and filings of various applications and procedures etc.

Most of the work is at the office. There will be some days where the 9-11 time will be used to deliver and submit various applications or samples etc.

We need a friendly, professional, organized, competent, person with very good people skills, easy to work with, accommodating and effective, punctual and honest, consistent and self starting and we welcome new insights on things etc.
