Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all construction projects, including new pool installations, spa installations, liner replacements, and repairs.
Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time completion within budget.
Maintain high-quality standards by performing regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Develop and optimize construction workflows to improve efficiency and reduce project costs.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the construction team.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years in pool construction, renovation, or a related construction field.
Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of pool and spa installation processes, liner replacements, and equipment repairs.
Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
