We are hiring a highly reliable, detail-oriented person to become an Inspector & Field Manager Trainee. This is a hands-on role that involves traveling from property to property, performing inspections, meeting vendors, and supporting day-to-day field operations.
What You’ll Do (Primary Duties)
Perform detailed interior and exterior property inspections
Ensure homes and STRs are clean, staged, safe, and guest-ready
Document conditions using mobile apps (photos + notes)
Meet vendors on-site and verify quality of work
Support turnovers and cleaning schedules
Restock supplies and complete light preparation tasks
Communicate with management and log reports daily
Assist with estate management tasks for absentee owners
What We’re Looking For
Extremely reliable with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly
Tech‑savvy enough to use apps and photo reporting tools
Professional and respectful in high‑end homes
Calm under pressure and solution‑oriented
Flexible availability.
Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle preferred.
Preferred (but not required):
Property management or hospitality experience
STR operations or inspections
Facilities/maintenance background
