The Property Manager is responsible for all property management for the Ithaca Portfolio which includes a total of 322 residential units and 8 commercial units. This includes handling of tenant relations, tenant move ins/outs, income certification at move-in, collections, evictions, overseeing property upkeep, and other administrative duties.
Salary range: $40,000-$48,000
