Looking for someone locally to manage an 8 bedroom house on East state street. This house is in a fantastic location it just needs someone locally with an eye for real estate who knows the local market to manage the property and maximize the property. I work demanding hours and do not have the time to manage it anymore.
Exact job description TBD but envision finding/placing tenants, getting property ready for show, move in/out, coordinating any repairs, and any other details. Negotiable. Once tenants are placed work should be limited/sporadic.
Pay is negotiable but would be willing to pay a tenant placement commission plus a commission on the overall rent roll.
