Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various landscaping tasks to ensure the upkeep and beautification of outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, watering, and pruning.
Perform tasks such as mulching, edging, and weeding to maintain the appearance of landscapes.
Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Communicate any issues or concerns regarding landscaping tasks to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites (if applicable).
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
