Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations and project schedules
Manage and coordinate field crews and subcontractors
Plan, organize, and execute carpentry tasks as needed
Handle administrative responsibilities including project documentation, change orders, scheduling, ordering materials, and job costing
Maintain communication with clients and team members
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and workflow efficiency
Train, mentor, and support team members
Monitor project progress and report to upper management
Requirements
3+ years of production management, construction management, or supervisory experience
Strong administrative and organizational skills — able to handle paperwork, documentation, scheduling, and communication professionally
Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter, with strong hands-on carpentry skills
Ability to read blueprints, manage materials, and lead crews on-site
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
