We adhere strictly to cGMP guidelines, environmental health, and safety regulations to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products.Position Overview: The Fill Finish Technician plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the compliant execution of all activities in the production area. This includes both manual tasks and the operation of automated equipment involved in the fill/finish process.Shift:6am-5pm Monday - Thursday Qualifications:

High school diploma

salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Perform hands-on execution of manual and automated Fill/Finish operations including equipment preparation, aseptic filling, product inspection, and packaging.

Operate a variety of equipment such as autoclaves, syringe filling machines, COP cabinets, semi-automatic inspection machines, and packaging equipment.

Conduct manual activities including equipment cleaning, room sanitization, equipment assembly, inspection, and packaging.

Ensure compliant and safe operation of processing equipment, identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Maintain the production area in the highest state of readiness, including participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as a manufacturing troubleshooter, resolving and communicating issues related to equipment, process, and compliance to the supervisor.

Support deviation investigations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as needed.

Participate in the creation and revision of Fill/Finish related documents.

Follow all safety, SOPs, cGMP, and company policies, including the proper removal of hazardous waste.

Perform production area and equipment recovery activities, including cleaning and maintenance.
