JOB SUMMARY The Inventory Analyst/Sr. Inventory Analyst responsibilities will be to monitor and report on the company wide inventory levels, supplier spend, manufacturing capacity and at the global level for several business units. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory monitoring systems, reviewing levels of supplies, support business units open to buy plans, review manufacturing capacity and perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analytics. The role is located at PIP Headquarters in Latham, NY. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify and provide recommendations on required adjustments to meet business units’ goals.
Maintain the monthly Inventory Open to Buy review for all Business Units.
Manage global supplier spend reporting and provide updates with all global partners.
Create Excel reports summarizing a vendor's product line for key internal stakeholders.
Prepare and present inventory reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, to senior management.
Prepare reports and analytics in support of Manufacturing Capacity Review
Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally to identify reporting requirements and complete other SIOP related activities.
Develop and maintain documentation of inventory reports, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Prepare ad-hoc inventory reports as required
JOB QUALITFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Ability to work independently or as part of a cross functional team
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Phocas Power BI).
Prior experience with manufacturing enterprise reporting systems (ERP) such as Eclipse strongly preferred.
To be considered for the Sr. Inventory Analyst role:
2 years’ experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role within a supply chain organization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and effectively communicate actionable insights to diverse stakeholders across the organization
