We are an Auto Service Center, looking for a dedicated office/counter person to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a growing female friendly auto repair shop with professionalism, workplace efficiency and enthusiasm. This is a part time position for Saturday and to cover for vacations days and time off.
Responsibilities
Greet and write up customer when entering facility. You will be the face of our establishment.
Call customers when job is complete.
Bill out customers when picking up vehicle.
Answer phones and schedule appointments. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Help maintain cleanliness and a professional appearance.
Qualifications

Strong work ethic, customer skills and customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task
Team player
Must have a valid driver’s license
Automotive experience and knowledge.
