Technical Customer Service Representatives (will train!)

Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

This role provides product and order support to consumers via phone, email, and live chat, including:
Handling inbound consumer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and care
Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using Zendesk
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service
Support ad hoc tasks and cross-training opportunities across other product lines as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy or ability to grasp technical concepts
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic computer proficiency (email, basic Microsoft office, order entry)

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
