A kind, patient, and organized person is needed to assist a 26-year-old individual (late-diagnosed autism and ADHD) with independent living skills, executive functioning challenges, and daily tasks.
Who We’re Looking For:
Ultra-organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at breaking tasks into small, manageable steps.
Kind, patient, and empathetic, with an understanding of executive functioning struggles.
Experienced in working with autistic individuals helpful.
Able to offer non-judgmental guidance to set up and adapt systems tailored to their individual needs.
Skills and Tasks You’d be Helping Individual With:
Organizing clothes, crafts, papers, and household items.
Setting up and maintaining systems for daily living.
Tracking food inventory, checking expiration dates, restocking, and cleaning/organizing the fridge and pantry.
Phone calls, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups.
