Great Neck Architectural firm seeking an Intermediate/Junior Architect.
We specialize in New Buildings and Alterations and are looking for someone with experience in the following:
Custom one family dwellings
Apartment buildings
Commercial projects
Projects located in western Nassau County and Queens
MANDATORY Qualifications/Experience:
2-3 years' experience
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in ARCHITECTURE
Building Department Filing Procedures
Working knowledge of Zoning and Building Codes
The ability to produce design and construction drawing with AutoCAD
Must possess excellent communication skills, be motivated, have a good sense of design

Salary $60,000-$62,000- negotiable based upon experience
