We're seeking a skilled CNC Operator and Programmer to become an integral part of our expanding operation. In this role, you'll operate our state-of-the-art 3-axis Thermwood CNC machine to create precision molds for stone casting applications.
What You'll Do:
Operate & Program: Work with our CNC machine using eCabinets or ArtCam software to transform artwork into production-ready molds
Technical Drawing: Read and interpret detailed shop drawings with precision
Design & Engineering: Calculate, design, and draft parts for complete mold assemblies
Programming: Create optimized tool paths and select appropriate cutting tools for PVC board and Ren material applications
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and calibration procedures
Required Qualifications:
Essential: Hands-on experience with either eCabinets or ArtCam software
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SketchUp or AutoCAD
Previous CNC programming experience
Background in manufacturing or precision machining
