Qualifications
Must Speak and understand English (bilingual with Spanish is a plus)
EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Exceptional knowledge of restaurant health and safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills.
MUST OWN WATERPROOF APRON AND NON SLIP COVERED FOOTWEAR
Cater Prep Cook position
$16/hr - $25/hr
EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
CHEFS JACKET/ CHEFS PANTS REQUIRED
NON SLIP COVERED FOOTWEAR Required
MUST Speak English ( Bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
BASIC knowledge is a MUST!
Must have experience in cutting fruits/vegetables
MUST know how to carve and prep meat
Must know how to delegate behind stations
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Organizational skills
Patience
Manual dexterity
Communication skills
Attention to detail
Skilled cook (trained or self trained with 3 years of kitchen experience).
Must be familiar with sanitary regulations.
Knowledgeable about different dietary restrictions.
Self starter, able to adapt to fast pace constantly changing situations with a high attention to detail.
