Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Resolving customer Issues regarding food quality and service.
● Ability to work well with other team members, strong desire to be part of a team
● Order supplies and equipment
● Opening or closing the restaurant depending on shift- ensuring proper set up or
break down, checking side work.
● Creating the perfect ambiance with lighting, music and temperature. Adjusting
throughout shift accordingly.
● Leading service- overseeing FOH staff throughout the shift to insure efficient
and effective service to ensure guest satisfaction.
● Training and Educating Staff in service standards.
● Knowing all house policies and protocols and enforcing accordingly.
● Must Have Knowledge Of Bar And Wine List .
Minimum qualifications:
● 5 year’s experience in the service industry.
● Extensive customer service experience.
● Positive attitude.
● Suffolk County Food Safety Certificate ( a must or at least agree to get it as soon as you're hired).
● POS knowledge , Open Table
● Must Be Able To Maintain Daily Spread Sheet
