We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server here at The Blend At Three Mile Harbor. As a server, you will play a role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. From greeting customers to taking orders and serving food, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service and leaves our establishment satisfied.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Present menus and help customers make informed decisions about their food and beverage choices.
-Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
-Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
-Upsell and promote menu items and specials to maximize sales.
-Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
-Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth service.
