Overview:
-We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented -Auto Body Shop Manager
Responsibilities:
-Writing estimates
-Ordering/returning parts
-Workflow
-Negotiating claims with insurance company
-Creating supplements
-Opening and closing
-High focus on customer service
Delegating jobs to technicians
-Recognizing repair vs. Replace.
Requirements:
-Proven knowledge in auto body repair
-Strong mechanical knowledge
Highl level of proficiency in CCC1 estimating software (7 years minimum)-no experience in CCC1 will lead to automatic rejection
-Independent adjuster license, or at least on track to obtaining.
-Icar a huge positive but not required
