Nature's Way Horticultural Services An Organic Approach to Plant Health Care. Enjoy working independently outdoors for a family-owned company. Nature's Way has been caring for properties on the North Shore of Long Island since 1987. Our main concerns are for the safety of our clients, team members and the environment. We work Monday thru Friday, no weekends. Quarterly bonuses ($750 every 3 months). Paid Holidays. One week paid vacation after one year.
Responsibilities include performing all aspects of Plant Health Care as well as Organic Tick and Mosquito Control Applications. Individual should be able to diagnose pest and disease problems, apply environmentally-friendly controls and communicate with your client. NYS Certified Applicator or Technician License preferred. Ornamental Pruning skills helpful. Applicant must have clean NYS Drivers License. $26-$30 per hour plus overtime. Starting salary dependent upon experience, knowledge and ability. Come join our team!
