About the Job:
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Composite Technicians. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a growing industry — this could be a great fit for you!
No experience? No problem. We’ll provide full, hands-on training to teach you everything you need to know about working with composite materials.
What You’ll Do:
Help with laminating and preparing molds for part production
Set up vacuum bagging on parts
Assist with trimming, finishing, and quality checks
Keep your work area clean and organized
Work safely and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
A good attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with your hands and using tools
Reliable and able to work well with others
No prior experience required — we’ll teach you!
