About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our steel pail production team. In this role, you’ll operate and monitor production line equipment, ensure product quality, and help keep our manufacturing process running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines on the steel pail line.
- Inspect products for quality and consistency and report issues promptly.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals and targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
